Adios Verano - Cuban Night

Sam, Nick, Lucia and Rob are cycling 355km around Cuba as part of the Cuba Cycle Challenge 2018 to fundraise for a Cuban special needs school.

Join them for an evening of Cuban Music, film and fun at the fantastic institute of Light in Hackney.

Doors open at 6pm.

At 7.30pm There is a special screening of 'Adios' the follow up film to 'Buena Vista Social club, followed by at rare Q&A with producer Nick Gold.

At 9pm drink, eat and dance to the Cuban beat.

Cuban Jazz violinist Omar Puente will play a short solo set around 9.30pm as part of a Cuban music session with guest DJs.

This is a fundraising event to raise money for a charity cycle ride around Cuba raising funds to buy equipment for Cuban children with special needs.

Tickets are £10 in advance via Eventbrite or £15 on the door
