Dr. Steve Wilkinson will give us an introduction to how sanctions are applied as an aggressive attack , who applies them, their effect on the sanctioned states and their people.

With sanctions being applied globally on a scale never seen before,and particlarly viciously against Cuba over a long period, it is important that we know how and why they are applied and how we can campaign against them.
