All CSC members, local groups and affiliated organisations are invited to the 2024 CSC AGM Saturday 22 June from 10am. Full AGM papers will be circulated with the next issue of CubaSí, together with details of guest speakers and how to attend.

The AGM is open to all, but only members and affiliates can submit motions and amendments for inclusion in the annual plans and make nominations for the Executive Committee.

This year’s AGM comes at a very difficult time for Cuba and there is huge pressure on CSC to increase solidarity in many areas. The AGM provides an opportunity to discuss what to prioritise and plan for the next twelve months of work, and all members and affiliates are encouraged to attend and send delegates.

Deadlines for motions, amendments and nominations
Motions and any constitutional amendments: 20 April
Proposed amendments to the annual plan: 7 June
Executive Committee nominations and 75-word supporting statements: 7 June
