Join Cuba Solidarity Campaign and Palestine Solidarity Campaign to reflect on and celebrate the historic and ongoing solidarity between the Cuban and Palestinian people.

Speakers

Aleida Guevara March, a Cuban paediatrician and daughter of revolutionaries Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara and Aleida March. A committed internationalist, having served on medical missions in Nicaragua, Venezuela and Angola, Aleida currently sits as the director of the Che Guevara Studies Centre in Havana.

Omar Barghouti, the co-founder of the Palestinian Boycott Divestment and Sanctions Movement, who put out the call for international solidarity through BDS as the broadest Palestinian civil society coalition in 2005.

Ben Jamal, Director of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

Bernard Regan, National Secretary of the Cuba Solidarity Campaign and author of 'The Balfour Declaration: Empire, the Mandate and Resistance in Palestine (2018).
