As the United States intensifies economic warfare against Cuba, the humanitarian consequences are deepening. This important parliamentary meeting will hear from the Cuban Ambassador on how sanctions are exacerbating shortages of fuel, food and essential medicines. Dr Emily Morris, recently returned from Cuba, will provide first-hand economic analysis and an account of conditions on the ground. And MPs and campaigners will examine what Britain can and must do to uphold international law and oppose unilateral coercive measures.
Come to this meeting to find out practical steps that parliamentarians and the public can take to support the Cuban people at this critical moment.
Advance registration essential. Room and entry details will be sent after registration
