CSC Nottingham - Salsa for Cuba

Movers, Nottingham, NG1 1FH

Friday, 27 November 2026, 7:00pm

Join CSC Nottingham for an evening of movement, music and solidarity while raising much-needed funds for a vital cause.

The evening begins with a salsa class led by Crossbodyleads Presents Salsa, suitable for all levels.

All proceeds from the salsa class will go to Cuba Vive, the medical aid appeal for Cuba, helping to deliver medicines, medical supplies and emergency support to communities in need.

Since January 2026, the US has intensified its blockade measures against Cuba, deepening an energy crisis that has resulted in widespread blackouts and placed additional strain on hospitals, medical services and everyday life. Severe shortages of fuel, medicines and food continue to affect communities across the island.

The salsa class will be followed by a DJ set from Truth and Lies (purchase tickets separately on Resident Advisor).

Come dance, show solidarity, and help raise vital funds for Cuba.
