TRADE UNION AND CAMPAIGNS OFFICER
Are you a highly organised and effective communicator, committed to CSC’s objectives, and with experience of campaigning in the British trade union and labour movement?
CSC is looking appoint someone who can administer and manage multiple projects from organising our presence at conferences to maintaining contacts databases and building trade union affiliations.
You will need the office administration skills to keep on top of a busy campaigns diary and have experience of keeping accurate records.
Excellent written and verbal communication plus interpersonal skills are also essential as you will be expected to represent CSC at events around the country, as well as write articles for CubaSí, external publications and content for social media platforms. You should also be available to work outside normal office hours, travel around the country and stay overnight at several union conferences a year for which time off in lieu will be given.
