Cuban education specialist to tour Britain

CSC is delighted to welcome Lissette Rubio Mederos to Britain in June for a tour of CSC local groups, and to participate in our Annual General Meeting and trade union conferences.
Lissette is a professor at the University of Pedagogical Sciences in Havana. She has taught English teachers for more than twenty years, including those that support international brigades going to English-speaking countries. She is also a member of the Federation of Cuban Women, and the Cuban teachers union.
She will be touring local CSC groups from 3-14 June as well as attending the Friends of Cuba reception.
